Common questions
Can I attend more than one cohort per month as a member?
Yes — if space is available in another cohort session in the same month, members can attend at no extra cost. This is subject to capacity and not guaranteed.
What happens after my 12-month membership ends?
Your membership will not auto-renew unless you choose to continue. You can cancel at any time in your dashboard — your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Is there a refund policy?
Cohort bookings are refundable if cancelled more than 7 days before the start date. Membership payments are non-refundable once a cohort has started.
Can my firm be invoiced for the Business tier?
Yes — firms can be invoiced directly. Contact us at the enquiry link below to arrange.
Do I need any technical background?
No coding or technical experience is required. The programme is designed for business professionals, not engineers.
