Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of West London AI Workshop and any cohort bookings or membership arrangements you make with us. By creating an account or completing a booking, you agree to these terms in full.
West London AI Workshop is operated by Adanna Bankole and Ebele Muorah. Queries can be directed to [email protected].
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or book a cohort. By proceeding, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Bookings and confirmation
A booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. Once payment is complete you will receive a confirmation email and your place in the cohort will be reserved.
Cohorts are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline a booking if a cohort is full or if we determine in our reasonable judgement that a booking is not appropriate.
4. Refund policy — Essential (one-off bookings)
- Cancelled 7 or more days before the cohort start date: full refund to the original payment method, processed within 5–10 business days.
- Cancelled fewer than 7 days before the cohort start date: no refund. You may transfer your place to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance.
- Non-attendance without prior cancellation: no refund.
To cancel a booking, email [email protected] with your name and booking reference.
5. Annual membership
Annual membership is a 12-month commitment billed monthly at £39/month via Stripe. By starting a membership you agree to the following:
- You authorise us to charge your payment method monthly for 12 months from the date of your first payment.
- You may cancel at any time via your member dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already charged.
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
- After the 12-month commitment period your membership will not auto-renew unless you choose to continue.
- One cohort place per month is included in the membership. Attendance at additional cohorts in the same month is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
Membership payments are non-refundable once charged except where required by law.
6. Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a cohort at any time. If we cancel a cohort:
- We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable by email.
- Essential (one-off) bookings will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days.
- Members will receive a credit towards a future cohort of equivalent value.
We are not liable for any consequential loss arising from a cancellation, including travel, accommodation or loss of earnings.
7. Programme content
We deliver the curriculum as published, but reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to tools, session order or facilitators without notice where circumstances require it. The learning outcomes of the programme will not be materially diminished by any such changes.
All third-party AI tools demonstrated in the programme are subject to their own terms of service and pricing, which may change independently of us. We are not responsible for changes to third-party platforms.
8. Intellectual property
All course materials, slide decks, prompt templates and resources provided as part of the programme are owned by West London AI Workshop. You may use them for your own professional purposes but may not reproduce, redistribute or resell them without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the programme shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant booking or, in the case of membership, the monthly fee for the month in which the issue arose.
We are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss, including lost profits or business opportunity.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
